*What is included in each parcel price?
Everything is included! We curate the gifts, our graphic artist creates the information card, your custom personal note is added to the parcel. We ship the sleek parcel to your client, with your return address.
*Do I need to choose the gifts I want to send?
NO! That is our job. We have created Sphere Automation, your business will be more efficient as we deliver each authentic touch for you, from you.
*Can I add my branded swag to the parcel?
This connection is a genuine and memorable gift of appreciation. We have found that adding to many “marketing” materials takes away from the experience. For that reason we have your personal message in each parcel. Personal and Professional.
*When can my clients expect their first shipment?
Your parcels will begin to ship to your top clients the next month. Example: When you sign up in March, your clients will receive their first parcel in April.
*Will I know when the parcels are shipped to my clients?
Yes! You will receive a notification from one of our Connection Team members with details of your parcel. This is the perfect opportunity to call your client.
*Can I customize who receives the parcels each month?
Yes! You get to choose the number of clients and send us your top client list. Making changes to your database of clients is permitted at no charge if there is an error, or you need to remove a client.
*Can I add additional clients to my list at anytime?
Yes! Just contact your Connection Team Member and we will get you set up for additional parcels.
*What are the options and how is it paid?
When you choose your connection plan you will see options on how your payments can be made. Should you have additional questions please contact one of our Connection Team Members.
*What is your cancellation policy?
All purchases are final sale. For services not yet rendered, less hard costs incurred, 2512 may issue a prorated refund. Refund will be mailed to address on file. Should you want to cancel one particular client you can replace that client with a new client for the duration of the parcels.
